As VP of operations for Atlas Oil Field Services, my role as a leader is to always seek innovative ways to be more resourceful in planning, directing, and coordinating operations. I oversee the OFS Operations team, managing activities, development, and implementing strategic processes. It is also important daily for Atlas Oil, that I assist to hire, train, and motivate the team allowing us to engage with business leaders and field associates. As a team, we are involved with our sales department to provide both efficient and cost-effective processes to meet current and future needs in Oil Field Services.
